I have had some that are private pilots working their way to eventually get into the airlines. I have even had helicopter pilots that fly for national guard but work as nurses. So, you just never know who's riding in the back.

I can say that mine are a great help and more quick to turn down a flight due to wx than I am. I have had my fair share of sandbags too. So, you always have some good and bad.

Just be professional and know you have the final say.
