The 7&7 schedule is the one and only thing keeping mechanics at PHI Health,that are worth their salt anyway. There, without a doubt, will be a mass exodus of tenured talent when this schedule goes live. If you are a PHI pilot or medical type on a PHI airframe, I would be extremely concerned....
