(1) One guy retired several months back from Kissimmee. (2) One guy from Longwood took an opening in Tampa, nearer to where he lives. (3) There was an opening in Bartow from a retirement, which a guy from Kissimmee took, and his position was taken by a pilot in Leesburg. Now, a position in Leesburg is open, so, not three openings but in reality just one person left. Not sure about the (6) that you mentioned. Otherwise, nothing weird is happening.
