Hardly. Some of the most experienced and effective firefighting pilots are working for government angencies throughout California. With salaries upwards of 300K annually, those agencies attract some of the best in the business. As far as us getting in your way, I don't recall getting in any contractor's way while making 1,000s of night water drops.
