yup. The flying's the easy part. The people part can often be really hard to deal with. Just part of the game. Like the guy above said, most of the time, if not all, med crew are NOT your friends. Just treat them courteously, fly your line in accordance with the regs, and most importantly, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING (good or bad).
