I met some of the folks with that program several years ago, (pilots and medical,) and they were good people.  Their attitudes led me to believe that it would be a good place to work.  The program lead (when I was involved) was a great guy.

As far as weight, I don't think any of the ones I met would break 210 lbs in full gear, even with a bunch of crap in their pockets.  I don't know the actual requirement, though.
