I hope you are not consiering the entirety of Slater to apply to Part 135 operations, because it doesn't, it discussing Part 117 operations. Then, issues a clear statement that Part 135 is not included, as you've just read (and hopefully comprehended finally} Slater states that Part 91 operations are acceptable after the Part 135 operations are concluded, and under Part 91, there are NO DUTY restrictions. None!
