Bought one 14 years ago and will never go with anything else.  Fits perfectly, cut for wide ambient vision, lightweight, comfortable with NVGs, and relatively custom fit to your head...

I tried the Alpha Eagle and Gallet, but for me, not an option.  The SPH-5 is like wearing a bowling ball on your head.  However, it is a robust helmet.

At my age though, my head is most likely hard enough I no longer need a helmet...
