Tugs like that, REALLY rock and roll while they're working. I wonder how often they go to the bottom.  Funny how a type of vessel gets a reputation for being "stable".  I wonder if that was too much of a load or the pilot was being extra cautious.  I get, that he was trying to drain the water out and leave it upright.
