How do you figure all Reach bases pay more than that? Look up GMR jobs with no Geo Modifier, the pay scale Med Trans shows is the same pay scale that all Reach pilots get paid, 85-93k or something like that. Thats based on EMS experience, Reach (GMR) doesnt care what you did flying if it isn't EMS. Next add a Geo Modifier, the most Reach offers is 40% and you'll only get that in Coastal NorCal, the bay and Im guessing down by LA. Add an IFR stipend of 5k (if you go IFR, which Remsa in Truckee is not). So tell me how Reach pays more, maybe the same if you had a number of years previous EMS, but not more, You'd also have a way higher workload at Reach having to fly IFR into the bay area multiple times a day. This is especially true in the winter when Reach VFR aircraft cant make it in to the bay.

To compare a similar base, Calstar (owned by Reach) in South Lake Tahoe (same area, same aircraft) doesnt pay close to what youre saying Remsa (AMC) is offering.
