Similar (albeit random) example: Women graduating Ranger school... totally acceptable to allow women to enter and go through the course BUT, what does the Army do? The women going to the school get pulled from their normal duty about a year prior and their only duty is to work out with a trainer and do military tasks to prepare for it. Total exception to policy to help them. Free handouts. Totally woke. Not sure if that's still going on but it was for the first few years. Nothing wrong with everyone getting a chance at something but not when you're given such exclusive treatment and assistance to pass.
