The only viewpoint you see is yours.  These are theories for provoking thoughtful discussion only.  I never declared "small arms fire" brought the aircraft down.  I deliberately placed a question mark in the header...Used for curious of thought discussion.

Now, both pilots could have been over their heads in the control of the machine.  However, me or anyone else here would give the crew the benefit of doubt. Most of us are trained and evaluated to the same standard.  

As far as a single engine failure, I never inferred that narrative.  

But you are correct...I can not prove you wrong in that a meteor did impact the aircraft...
