No surprised, AMC pilot afraid to fly, just turn everything down, makes it so easy for competitors to move in.  AMC pilots are afraid of own shadows, med crew happy to sit around get paid and do nothing.  AMC is a mess, all in the name of "safety".... Close all AMC bases, time for more reliable competition to take over.
