There is zero indication that this job has anything to do with overseeing training in any way. In fact, I don't even think there's a training aspect to it. It's straight up insurance sales.

I was contacted to attend a panel interview with management and sat through some strange and scammy looking pre-recorded sales pitch convincing me to work for the company and explaining their business model and compensation structure. 

Total lie. You're looking for sales people. I couldn't be any more annoyed with the half hour I wasted on this nonsense. 

Unless you're young and want to get into sales, look elsewhere. In fact, look elsewhere anyway since they're blatant liars."
