Like many places and jobs the base I work at continues to be micro-managed by a person 2 tiers above the line pilot. CONSTANTLY sending out notes, emails and texts reminding us line pilots on how to do our job. Nothing is being done wrong, incorrect or even the good ole "unsafe" title. Just a person with nothing else to do so he sends out the "hey dummies" messages. Why are so many leaders not leaders at all.
