Already too much of the life saving hero mentality in HEMS. Truth is, very little flight activity makes any difference at all--except on the final bill to be paid! Used to work in HEMS, a certain clinic in the mountains would call almost nightly to clear out the ER for the night. Never critical, just an expensive transfer.
