108 is a failed (and still insignifiant) local.   Why are you good with putting a new class and craft of folks, from the other side of the country, into that local?  

They deserve self-identity with their own elected leaders!  Not amendement under someone else's subordinate to leaders who can't rally any support from their own class and craft!!
