When Med-Trans left NJ they gave us pilots 6 weeks notice, and a bonus/severence pay to stay till the last day of service.

Then you had the option of taking a job somewhere else in the company.

If you decided against taking another company job they did not contest unemployment.

Out of 5 EMS companies I worked for over 30 years nobody treated me better than MTC.
