Does anyone have any insight into what the contracting environment will look like in 2024? Every year it seems that some secretive incompetent internal process is at work, which continually results in a complete failure of the process. Is there anyone paying attention or preparing to hold this organization accountable for a complete failure to manage one of it's core responsibilities. There appears to be no strategy from industry or the USFS to remedy this quite incredible failure.
