Have drama.   EVERY single one.  If you deal with with medcrews there is drama.  Program base or not.   And hey let's throw in the dynamic of pilots egos.   I've been with MTC for 6yrs.  Came from PHI.  been happy and at least the Reg aviation managers now have our backs.  If they don't maybe your the problem.
