"Thereafter, all Pilots on the Company’s payroll as of August 1, 2023 received an additional increase in Base Hourly Rate of pay of 3.25%.Within forty-five (45) days after the ratification date (“Adjustment Date”), the Company shall increase the Base Pay of each Pilot employed on the ratification date."

The ratification date was Nov 10. So the raise will be retroactive back to Nov. 10.
