helicopter noise.... big damn deal.  I've always said, any person who calls in a complaint about helicopter noise should be put on a helicopter black list which wouldn't allow them to ever utilize a heli in the event of HAA, S&R, commute, tour or whatever.  BLACK LISTED!!
