Ask the PHI Folks.  There matching was frozen by the company for up to 6-7 months during CH11.  you could add to it but the company wasn't allowed to match your 401k due to the CH 11 Restructuring.  FACT.  I was there during This time.  Oh and wait there in more!!! PHI then said well we will only match 3% now.  IF you slaves work hard enough, and work hard enough then at years end if we make goal we will match the other 3%. If not then loss on you.  Their goal was to get more productivity out of the employees to work for that incentive.  Kinda zhiiiiity
