Original Message It is 100% for first 3% of pay employee puts in. Then it is a 50% match for the next 2% the employee puts in. In all, if you put in 5% of your pay, GMR will put in 4% of your pay.
So if you make $100,000/yr, put in 3% that's $3,000, GMR also puts in $3,000. Then you decide to put another 2% or $2,000, GMR will put $1,000. Thats $4,000/yr total in that case. Plus your contribution in this example for a total of $9,000. |
