just wondering here, by your post, it is evident you are not the PIC. You aren't even on site. What is exactly is your relationship with this event? Would you be a dispatcher or flight nurse? Why would you be going outside the company looking for trouble shooting ideas on an anonymous website before the mechanic has even shown up?
