For the past 6yrs.  I've gotten at least 4-6% in raises a year.  So what's your point?  And yeah you'll get taxed more come Tax season when you get hit with that on your salary wages. hey if your happy with 4% with no other money a year good on you. just saying your not going to get anymore $$$ throughout the from thr company.  You know your screweddddd.  You just don't want to show face on it.
