tried the big boy game with a public company, got very rich through options exercise, then bailed to private buyout.  Lots of companies do the prop up the stock price by buying other companies and project addition to share value, efficiencies, etc only to really be buying troubles and complications - time, smoke, and mirrors.  Fact is very few big boys do this often, unlike this company.
