You think its a good thing to fly an EC135/EC145 160 hrs/month, 30+ legs per day,  hundreds of start cycles, takeoffs/landings and sujected to WX 24/7?  

Is that seriously your question?  Normal wear and tare on a hanger princess is hard enough.  Now take your multimillion dollar investment, leave it outside around the clock in the heat and humidity of the SE United States and tell me how that works out for you.
