 I negotiated a package for over $220K. $173K in salary and flight pay all on my own. The rest is great family insurance and 401K matching. No union deductions or help. 
 Before you blather about union help if I get in trouble, we'll thats simple, don't!  

 I also don't have to wear a flight suit or put up with medical types nonsense.
