Yeah, we have it with programmed talkgroups. Never tried it with the phone feature. But, it works okay about 40% of the time. Most of the time it's so garbled or intermittent that you can't really communicate effectively. When I'm on the ground, I'll try to contact our com center once. If it doesn't work or too garbled, I'll take off and then use the VHF radio when I'm high enough. Not worth the extra effort to try and get it to work. If you are airborne and trying to use it, it is usually significantly worse.
