Countrywide as a float pilot. Company pays all travel, (flight or rental car) and $50 daily per-diem. $15k annual float bonus with $52 per hour for everything else, 1.5 OT  for hours over 12 daily or 84 in 14 days. Travel always straight time. On salary so often I get 84 hours pay for woking less. No expectation to work OT. I like it.
