Original Message hostage like that...lol....your too new in this industry to think that....i know some pretty steller pilots thaat were High Time SPIFR leave some of the top OG and Air Med companies and were there for 10-15yrs...one person I knew was there 25yrs...great employees...when they turned in their 2 weeks....not one person from the company asked "what can we do to make you stay".....some asked for more money like the sign on bonus's they are paying the NEW pilots coming on board.....every manager said "nope"....we can't do that... so they would rather pay OT, travel time etc and training a new pilot than pay that ....stupid...most companies will spend $100k to fix a $15k problem... |
