Your stuck now or pay 100% back what they paid you if you leave before that timeframe.   Also great now you're going to be in a higher tax bracket which means you're going to pay higher taxes   And if any of you former PHI guys try to go back, they won't pay it to you since your past employee. I knew two people that used to work for the company three years ago and tried to come back for the bonus, and they tried, and they did deny them for it since they were past employees.   

for a company to be offering a bonus like that they're pretty desperate, which means no one signing up for the tricks
