Original Message Flying in an area with a lot of helicopter traffic inside class C airspace. One of the hospitals insist on inbound/outbound helicopters using 123.050 for landing and tokeoffs. The problem is you need to be up with approach and it would be nice to be able to listen for local helo traffic on 123.025 We've only got two radios so this is a problem. Why do hospitals have to use 123.05 when 123.025 would seem safer in congested airspace? |
