Anybody knows what is going on with the awards of the MATOC contracts for type 3 & type 2 Helicopters.

I've heard they have been "contested" ...It only takes someone screaming "FOUL" and the whole thing comes to a screeching halt...

My personal opinion is that the USFS knows this season is going to be "Slow as melasses" so they are playing it cool...

Anybody else out there affected by this?
