Original Message your dumb...geeeez.....yeah there were safety bonus's (OSHA recordables) etc....geeeez pay attention on those quarterly stakeholder calls sometime, and maybe you will learn something....and the yearly BONUS was a Profit sharing over the company goal...it was NEVER a retention bonus.....HELL even the SIGN ON bonus they are bragging about ISN"T a Sign on bonus....it is paid out over 3yrs with conditions. |
