bonus.  Wow. Usually a $2000 paid out and now a cheesy $100 gift card?  Times are dim there.  But yeah we will give out $50,000 sign on bonus's to New Hires, which in fact it is paid out over 3yrs.  Now they are looking for any P/T they can sign up they are so short.  Glad I left years ago.
