Just be yourself and stay professional. Just because he is the lead pilot doesn't mean he can fire you. I was a lead pilot at a base for many years before my family moved I transfered to a new base. My job was to do the pilot schedule and report any issues further up the chain. What wasn't in my job description was to fire pilots that I didn't get along with.
