Why do medics think they know everything? When the truth is they are the lowest paid, mainly educated from podcasts, and are also members of the local search and rescue. They think because they talk to pilots or have ridden with a pilot through the years they know about flight. 

Take your certificate and throw it in the trash. Go enroll at your community college and become a nurse you will be happier and might realize the problem isn't the pilot it's you.
