Part 135 does not specifically talk about weather in great detail. However, in Part 91.155 there is a list of weather criteria that pilots must obey in the different types of airspaces in which we operate. Cloud-clearances and stuff. And yes, you still have to comply with those Part 91 bits even if you're operating under Part 135.
