the flow of pilots leaving the military to Hems is almost dried up. Most go to airlines now! also not as many civilians willing to bite of huge debt to eventually maybe one day make 6 figures after 10 plus year or more. 

it Boils down to the money and return on investment is not there in the HAA industry .
