What is the minimum hours needed in the R44 that a pilot has to have before acting as PIC in the R44/ if he has over 1000 hours in the R22.

Do either 1. or 2. meet the minimum requirement?

1. 25 hours of R22 and 10 hours of instruction in the R44?

2. 25 hours in the R44 plus 10 hours of instruction in the R44?
