Which companies pays an extra bonus pay in addition to overtime pay for open shifts? MTC stopped the incentive pay for open shift and they are going uncovered.

MTC also has no boot allowance and alot of guys are wearing sneakers. We had an IP visit the base recently wearing sneaks under the flight suit. Is that a new trend?
