Original Message

1. Autopilot disconnects in IMC.

2. Severe or moderate turbulence.

3. Icing conditions.

4. All of the 12 fatal accidents were single pilot ops.

Note: Not one was due to engine failure. This accident likely had numbers 1 thru 4 & should have never been dispatched.
