Give proper notice and quit citing exactly what you told the forum. It will be a bargain for them to give you the bonus etc. It is very expensive to train and qualify a new pilot. You are already on the certificate, a known quantity, etc.  I am fairly certain they will cave in. It's a shame but works...both ways.
