Would you post a link to this source, so that I may read it in its entirety. I already looked up the references in it's footnotes, and i'm trying to get a better idea of what the author is getting at. EASA's annual safety review doesn't discuss vaccination. At all per se, though they do indeed note human factors throughout. And I couldn't find the EMA recommendation in the reference either. I admittedly just skimmed the articles. Will read the more thoroughly later today.
