Left august 2020, haven't missed flying a helicopter yet or the late night bs flights for a sprained ankle! The terrible pay raises or the crap 401ks!  

hems hasn't seen even a glimmer of the shortage they will see in 10 years. Military isn't pumping pilots to them as much, and civilians lean to fixed wing more and more due to return on investment.
