Left for a 135 charter. I work a lot harder and am gone more than when I was in HEMS. But when I'm home, I'm home. Not using one or two days of my off-time to simply rest and recover from a week of 02:30 transfers either. Making a little more than when I left HEMS as well. Expecting a call from a major within the year.
