My employer operates N- registered aircraft in EASA country. Pilots are FAA rated and comply with FAA rules as far as licensing and currecncy requirements are concerned. When it comes to flight time and duty limitations we also follow Part91 which allows us to  accumulate significantly more flight and duty hours than our European counterparts operating under EASA rules. Is this legal? or do we have to follow EASA rules as well?
