As the managing director of an international Fortune 200 aviation department, your "vax" status comes up well before you ever talk to me.  Not saying I agree with the COVID pokes, but it is a big deal as a corporate pilot.  There are still a lot of countries that will not grant you access.  E.g., even our little red-headed step children to the north (Canada).
